Statistics
None. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool.
Marketing
None. We do not use advertising, remarketing or social media tracking cookies. If you arrive from one of our adverts, the web address may carry a reference to it; if you then send us an enquiry, that reference travels with your message so we know which advert worked. It is not stored on your device. Our privacy notice explains this.
Patient reviews from Doctify
Some pages show reviews that Doctify collects and publishes. To show them, your browser fetches them from Doctify, which means Doctify sees your IP address, as any website you visit does. Doctify's review display sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. See Doctify's privacy policy.
3.Our patient portal and video appointments
Booking, questionnaires and payments happen in our patient portal, a separate site. It keeps you signed in using storage in your browser, which is strictly necessary and ends when you sign out. When you pay, our payment provider Stripe sets cookies to prevent fraud, which are also strictly necessary. See Stripe's cookie policy.
Appointments take place on Microsoft Teams. If you join in a web browser, Microsoft sets its own cookies to run the call. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
4.Changing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. It is as easy to withdraw as it was to give.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking functional storage means the site will ask about consent each time you visit, but everything else will still work.
